A journey from Renaissance to Baroque

L'Aspiration is a group of early music that plays music from the time of Renaissance and Baroque in a historically informed interpretation. From the smallest details such as ornamentation, tuning or temperament, our musical interpretation is based on treaties as historical documentation and study methods of the era, style or country in question; thus we combine the pleasure of making and listening to music so well written, with the work of historical exploration of these valuable documents (treaties and methods historical study).

L'Aspiration also use copies of historical instruments (harpsichord, recorder, baroque violin and viola da gamba). In conclusion, the intention of this group is to bring music to the public via a different interpretation that leads to an all time travel and fantasy.
